Do Diversity Better
The most common approach in diversity, equity, and inclusion training programs involves a sensitization to differences. However, many organizations are finding that this doesn’t have the desired effects. Sensitization is an often necessary but not sufficient strategy to meet the goal of an inclusive and cooperative environment. In some cases, on its own, it can even be counterproductive.
"Doing Diversity Better"
We're different from other diversity training programs. At DPC, while recognizing the importance of sensitivity training, we focus on:
Bridging differences through better understanding and compromise
Emphasizing shared goals
Recognizing what we have in common
Group workshop (2.5 hour or 4 hour options)
