Do diversity better

The most common approach in diversity, equity, and inclusion training programs involves a sensitization to differences. However, many organizations are finding that this strategy doesn’t lead to a harmonious workplace. Sensitization is an often necessary but not sufficient strategy to meet the goal of an inclusive and cooperative environment. In some cases, on its own, it can even be counterproductive.
