Do diversity better

The most common approach in diversity, equity, and inclusion training programs involves a sensitization to differences. However, many organizations are finding that this doesn’t have the desired effect. Sensitization is an often necessary but not sufficient strategy to meet the goal of an inclusive and cooperative environment. In some cases, on its own, it can even be counterproductive.
